How to re-enable MSAS Instance post MSM Account(weblogic) Password Change

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer has changed the password for Mobile Security Manager account(weblogic) due to the safety policy reason.
It seems that it has disabled the MSAS instance.
Now customer wants to enable MSAS instance after the password change for weblogic user.
What are the steps to be followed for enabling MSAS instance?
