Symptoms

Forms/Reports 12.2 client SSL (or regular) bind to Oracle Internet Directory (OID) fails with:


Tried setting the $ORACLE_HOME and other required environment variables as per Doc ID 1964828.1 but the same error continues.

The issue can reproduce on Solaris and Windows platforms, but typically not on Linux.
