12.2 Forms/Reports client SSL (or regular) bind to Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g fails with:


Tried setting the $ORACLE_HOME variable as per Document 1964828.1, e.g.:
    export ORACLE_HOME=/app/oracle/product/12cfmw/mwhome
But the same error continues.

The issue reproduces on Solaris platform, but not on Linux.
