Symptoms

 The following error occurs on the WebLogic Server while deploying an application 

java.lang.ClassCastException: org.apache.xerces.jaxp.DocumentBuilderFactoryImpl cannot be cast to javax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilderFactory
at javax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance(DocumentBuilderFactory.java:121)
at com.sun.xml.ws.util.xml.XmlUtil.newDocumentBuilderFactory(XmlUtil.java:380)
at com.sun.xml.ws.db.toplink.JAXBContextFactory.(JAXBContextFactory.java:211)
at java.lang.Class.forName0(Native Method)
