Symptoms

Trying to change or revoke moderator of a user, the following error occurs:

oracle.webcenter.webcenterapp.security.WCSecurityException: Unable to revoke role Participant from identity <LASTNAME>.<FIRSTNAME>
  at oracle.webcenter.webcenterapp.internal.model.security.WCSecurityManagerImpl.revokeJpsRole(WCSecurityManagerImpl.java:1623)
