Symptoms

Receiving the below error while scanning an image from the WebCenter Capture client:

dc-client error:

An error occurred during image capture

Capture Client error:

ice.driver.ImageCaptureDriverException: Error exporting page to file {C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\oddc3535979687291028869.imp}.

oracle.captureexportservice.CaptureExportServiceException: Failed to launch CaptureOITExport

Java console error:

java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "C:\Users\User/.oracle_capture/oit\CaptureOITExport.exe" (in directory "C:\Users\User\.oracle_capture\oit"): CreateProcess error=267, The directory name is invalid
