"Original Assignee User" column in Workspace 12.1.3 is blank when a Task is reassigned or escalated (Doc ID 2176107.1)

Goal

 A task is assigned to userA. During assignment, reassignment and escalation of the task to same or another user, the column 'Original Assignee User' is blank. However, when the task is delegated to another user, userB, then 'Original Assignee User' shows userA. Is this the correct behavior?
