Quota Size Cannot Be Released Immediately When Browsing Messages From Console (Doc ID 2176360.1)

When you browse or delete messages from console, Quota size cannot be freed immediately.

The symptoms can be reproduced as below.

1. Create JMS server and create a file Store for the JMS Server.

2. Create JMS Module
