Symptoms

With configuration of a JMS Server targeted to ManagedServer on WebLogic that has Health Status RUNNING, the application using the JMS server is working as expected. But when a user, on WebLogic Console go to JMS Server and under Control tab; they don't see JMS Server which would give option to do the Pause and Start of message Consumption and Production.

Also when you Login into WebLogic Admin Console, go to Services -> Messaging -> JMS Servers, and now we could see that the Health Column are all blank.
