Symptoms
User sessions are timing out when the idle session timeout is reached even when the user is active. For example, idle session timeout was configured for 2 hours and session lifetime was configured for 8 hours. After two hours of activity, user sessions in some cases, roughly 60 percent, were timed out and users are forced to reauthenticate.
