OAM 11gR2PS2+ User Sessions Terminated When Idle Timeout Reached Regardless Of Activity (Doc ID 2177029.1)

User sessions are timing out when the idle session timeout is reached even when the user is active.  For example, idle session timeout was configured for 2 hours and session lifetime was configured for 8 hours.  After two hours of activity, user sessions in some cases, roughly 60 percent, were timed out and users are forced to reauthenticate.
