Full User Import Job Initiated On Oracle Identity Analytics Stays In Initiated State

A full user import job initiated in Oracle Identity Analytics stays in Initiated state. The job which is supposed to sync users from Oracle Identity Manager to Oracle Identity Analytics stays in Initiated status and then fails.
