Public TaskFlows Launced From A Custom Button Does Not Closed After Clicking Submit Button

After implementing Public Taskflows as documented in section 19.7.7 of the OIM PS3 Developers Guide.
Following behavior is observed:
- When a role is requested for a user in out of the box OIM and the Submit Button is hit in the cart details page, the cart details page closes down with a confirmation message.The same behavior applies for Accounts requested for users.
- When the same taskflows [Request Roles and Request Accounts] are launched from a custom Button in OIM 220.127.116.11.3 [following the detailed instructions on Launching Public Taskflows in Section 19.7.7 of the Developers Guide] the Cart Details page does not close after hitting the Submit button.
So the Submit button can be hit again and again even after the Submitting the request and this results in multiple provisioning of Accounts/Roles to the user which is an invalid use case.
