(Doc ID 2177647.1)
Last updated on MARCH 01, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On Suite Plus - Version 11.1.1.5.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When a user changes their password using the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) client, after answering the questions the user is prompted for a new password. SSPR then changes the user's password, but enters the incorrect information.
The user at that point must have their password changed by an administrator as the user no longer knows what password SSPR changed their windows account to.
It is expected that SSPR enters exactly what the user entered for a new password.
