Various Java SE applications, including WebLogic Admin Server, crash when they are executed on new T7 hardware. The same applications work on T5 hardware.
The crashes occur most frequently in the java.util.Hashtable.put() method but are not limited to that. The method appears at the top of the Java stack trace.
Other methods in which applications have crashed are:
J 332 C2 java.util.HashMap.put()
J 358 C2 java.util.Properties.load0()
J 484 C2 oracle.sysman.gcagent.metadata.impl.datacollection.MetadataCache.store()
J 194 C2 java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap$Segment.rehash()
Users migrated their Java SE applications to the new SPARC T7 series machines.
