User search from the Tasks Actions menu throws an error if the user does not have a valid manager in LDAP (Doc ID 2178666.1)

Symptoms

When a user search is performed using character + wildcard from the Task Actions menu and if one of the users satisfying the search criteria does not have a valid manager in LDAP, the entire search fails showing an error popup:

"Search failed with an error. An internal error has occurred. Please contact the administrator or Oracle support for help"
