When trying to create workflow connection between WCC (On hostname1) to SOA on (On hostname2), where the connection is specified as https://hostname:port, the connection hangs and eventually fails with:

"Could not connect to http://hostname1:port" (This represents the host of SOA and the port of the SOA MS)

The Imaging server log IPM_server1-diagnostic.log shows:
