Symptoms

On : Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3)

OHS WebGate 11.1.2.3 initialization fails with error ""No ObAccessClient.lst configuration file." raw_code^207"

  




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed and deployed WebGate
2. Created WebGate profile for the newly installed WebGate in OAM Console
3. copied the generated artifacts
4. Restart OHS instance.
