OHS WebGate 22.214.171.124 initialization fails with error ""No ObAccessClient.lst configuration file." raw_code^207"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed and deployed WebGate
2. Created WebGate profile for the newly installed WebGate in OAM Console
3. copied the generated artifacts
4. Restart OHS instance.
