Asset Data Not Updated On Lucene Index (Doc ID 2178877.1)

Symptoms

When creating a copy of an existent asset using the Edit > Copy menu item in the Contributor UI, a new asset is created with name like "Copy Of...". After modifying the asset and saving changes, the asset name in the view tab remains as "Copy Of..." while in the edit/inspect screen we can see the new name. The same thing is visible in Search screen where the asset doesn't appear when looking for it using the new name of the asset, and if we use the Advanced Search to look for the asset id we either get no results or a result with the old name of the asset.

We have verified that the SearchIndex event is enabled and Global_Q table is empty. Also the asset types we're using for testing are enabled in the Global Index Configuration.
