Request Raised For Disconnected Application Instance Getting Closed With "Request Closed" Status (Doc ID 2178890.1)

Symptoms

One has disconnected applications for which there request is auto approved at both the level by approval policy.

Intermittently seeing that when multiple entitlements from such Disconnected applications are requested by end user or admin user, the request status shows as "REQUEST CLOSED".

Steps:

i. Login with end user.
ii. Request for multiple entitlements of disconnected app
iii. Submit the cart details.
iv. After completion of operation, the request state will be shown as "Request Closed".
