FRM-92091 Error with Forms Sessions Timing Out at 60 Minutes

Implementing Forms in SSO mode (OAM/Webgate).
Users are getting the following error at 60 minutes regardless of whether the session has been idle or was actively being used.:
FRM-92091: unexpected fatal error in client-side Java code.
In another case, users saw:
FRM-92102 : a network error or server failure has occurred. ...
These errors do not occur when OAM / Webgate is bypassed for the Forms application.
