OAM Socal Login with Facebook returns "IDP provider response did not have the state of the RP" error (Doc ID 2179595.1)

Symptoms

 After login, you are redirected to "/oic_rp/return" but this error message is displayed:


"IDP provider response did not have the state of the RP"

 

The logs show the following error:
