Symptoms

Users (non-admins) who have a manager (i.e. usr_manager column in USR table populated) assigned receive the following error when accessing My Access -> Roles tab -> Pending. This problem started to happen after an OIM R2PS3 upgrade.

Users with AdminRoles don't get this error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to OIM R2PS3
2. As a non-admin OIM user with a manager assigned navigate to My Access -> Roles tab -> Pending
3. Error is seen
