On : 12.1.2.1.1 version, 1 - Oracle DB backend

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. Integrated replicat when parallelism is set to greater than 1, it applies the data in incorrect order. causing replicat to abend with ORA-1403 error

2. Integrated replicat can Miss certain operations that may cause data Integrity Issues.
