Password Reset Issues with Microsoft KB KB3167679.  A problem has been found with Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Kiosk Manager (KM) environments that have installed this new Microsoft patch.  This will only affect KM environments that use an ADAM repository, but it can affect any SSPR installation.  In SSPR this problem will manifest as users completing the password reset quiz, but receiving an "Unknown Error" message when trying to complete the actual password change.  For more on this Microsoft patch please see the URL https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3167679

Bundle Patch 11.1.2.3.1 has been released for ESSO.  For the latest browser helper updates and support for Windows 10 you must update to version 11.1.2.3.1.  You can download this in the "Patches and Updates" tab of your My Oracle SUpport portal by patch number 23026970

There are no actions to be taken at this time.  Oracle support has opened cases and defects on this issue and will update this announcement with the solutions as soon as possible. In the meantime no changes should be made to your SSPR or KM environments as they will not resolve the issue.
