Esso Processes Stop On Some Windows 7 64-Bit Machines

(Doc ID 2182208.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 31, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On Suite Plus - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On some Windows7 Machines the Single Sign On processes "Crash" or "stop" when logging in with a certain user account. With another Windows User the function of the SSO Logon Manager on the same machine is normal. When logging of and logging in with the "Problem-User" the processes for example "ssobho.exe, ssowebho.exe and more" directly terminate. Only one single process "sshohell.exe 32*"remains but no application window or Taskbar Icon is there.
