Can't Get Policy Studio To Open Properly On Solaris (Doc ID 2182389.1)

Goal

When opening Policy Studio on Solaris, the banner window pops up and disappears immediately.

Below is the error message from the Policy Studio trace file.

org.eclipse.swt.SWTException: Unable to load graphics library [Cairo is required] (java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load SWT library. Reasons:
        <OAG HOME>/oagpolicystudio/configuration/org.eclipse.osgi/bundles/115/1/.cp/libswt-cairo-gtk-3740.so: ld.so.1: .launch: fatal: libcairo.so.2: open failed: No such file or directory
        no swt-cairo-gtk in java.library.path
        <OAG HOME>/.swt/lib/solaris/sparc/libswt-cairo-gtk-3740.so: ld.so.1: .launch: fatal: libcairo.so.2: open failed: No such file or directory

What changes need to be made on the server to fix this issue?
