When upgrading JDBC driver , Is it required to upgrade orai18n-mapping.jar ? (Doc ID 2182612.1)

Goal

An upgrade from Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.3) JDBC Drivers to Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.4) JDBC Drivers on a Linux server is planned.
On the Linux server there is a file called orai18n-mapping.jar, not part of the JDBC drivers package.
If the upgrade to JDBC 11.2.0.4 is performed, is the upgrade of orai18n-mapping.jar also required?
