Trying To Modify The Configuration Is Failing In A Clustered Environment With The Error "Unauthorized Access" Or "unresolvable error". (Doc ID 2183397.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 09, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Mobile Security Suite - Version 11.1.2.3.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When trying to modify the OMSS configuration administrators see an error.  "An unresolvable error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for more information."  This only occurs in a WLS clustered environment.

For example trying to ad a System Admin Group in the Identity Store Settings in the Mobile Security Settings. when clicking Apply button to add the new group the browser is redirected to the unresolvable error.

An unauthorized access error is seen in diagnostic logging.
