Unable To Login To /sites/ldapconfig Using ContentServer User (Doc ID 2184427.1)

Symptoms

Unable to login to http://sites-host:sites-port/sites-context/ldapconfig as the ContentServer user. However, the login of the ContentServer user is working fine in Sites Explorer (or UI but without access to any sites.)

Possible errors are:

Authentication failed. Invalid Username/Password:

Or

The screen does not show fields to enter user credentials:

with the following in sites.log:

 

Changes

The environment may be clustered with 2+ WebLogic Managed Servers.
