"OIA-ITRes Is Not Configured": Exception When OIM is Integrated with OIA

In OIM version with integration with OIA, the integration works fine with no issues. Web services between OIM and OIA are not being used.

In OIM, SOD check is not enabled and XL.SoDCheckRequired is set to FALSE.

Also OIA-ITRes is present but no values are configured as they are not doing any SOD checks.
But following error is seen in the logs:
