When trying to run the Collection Rebuild cycle from the Repository Manager applet, following error is displayed:

Indexing aborted. Unable to create Oracle text collection 'IdcText2'. Encountered an exception while executing a query. [ Details ]

1. Go to Administration / Admin Applets / Repository Manager
2. Try to run collection Rebuild cycle
3. Above error is noted.
