Step-up Authentication Fails when User Navigates From Lower Level Authentication to Higher.
When you protect one resource (resource1) with Authentication Level 2 and another resource (resource2) with Authentication Level 3.
In the current scenario, customer was using different User Identity (i.e. AD user store and OVD user store with joint-adapter to OUD and AD).
After successful access 1st resource (resource1), when they try to access the other resource (resource2) in a new tab of the same browser, it was challenging for authentication (As AuthN Level was higher for this resource).
Post submitting the credentials, it was giving error message "An incorrect Username or Password was specified".
