When Attempting to Repeatedly move the Content Items from one Framework Folder to another, the following error occurs (Doc ID 2185187.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server, with the latest patch applied (BP 160321)

When attempting to repeatedly move the content items from one Framework Folder to another,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check in a Framework Folder a couple of content items, including the "cnt2418127.pdf" file.
2. From the folders "v Select" menu -> choose "All Files" and from the "v Actions" menu select "Move" and choose as destination another Framework Folder.
3. The move action initiated above, complete successful this time.
4. Check in again in the same folder the same content items as in point 1., plus a new content item.
5. From the "v Select" menu -> choose again "All files" and from the "v Actions" menu select Move to the same destination folder.
6. This time the operation is raising the above error,

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check in all their content.
