Symptoms

ESS Schedules are unavailable for activation and deactivation of an adapter in SOA Suite 12c.

After creating the schedules in the EM for the ESS application, it is expected that they will be available to the deployed SOA composites for activation / deactivation of the service adapters. Instead the schedule selection for the composites is empty.
