Symptoms

After configuring an Active Directory (AD) provider with SSL enabled that communicates only via TLS 1.2, the following error occurs when accessing WebCenter Portal and authenticating the user:

JPS-01520: Cannot initialize identity store, cause: oracle.security.idm.ConfigurationException: javax.naming.CommunicationException: GENPT.TEST:636 [Root exception is java.net.SocketException: Connection reset]
