Wls_ods1 Server Shows Down on the FMWC (Doc ID 2185420.1)

Symptoms

FMW 11g version 11.1.1.7 and Installation type: OID or Identity Management.


The managed server, wls_ods1 server, shows as down from the FMWC. The following errors are seen in the log_Farm_OIDDomain_oracle_ias_farm log:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Farm_OIDDomain -> WebLogic Domain -> OIDDomain -> wls_ods1 from FMWC
2. wls_ods1 managed server shows as Red Down arrow

Changes

 There were OS patches that were applied prior to this issue happening.
