Veridata Repair Warnings (Doc ID 2185820.1)

Goal

After running Veridata repair, we are seeing warnings in the repair reports:

2016-09-21 13:41:27.442 Missing insert. Row 1, Warning: OGGV-60173: 0 rows inserted
2016-09-21 13:41:53.594 Missing update. Row 123, Warning: OGGV-60022: 0 rows updated

What do these warnings mean?
