Symptoms
After changing ports for AdminSever and Managed Servers in FMW 12.2.1.0.0, the "owsm-pm-connection-t3" shows Out of Sync which results in OWSM policy errors being thrown:
STEPS
------
1. Change ports for Admin Server and Managed Server
2. Notice the errors in the log after starting the admin server and the managed server.
