WEC Text Commit Driver Outputs "Batch Last Modified User " as "anonymous" for Documents after the First Document in a Batch in Metadata and Filename (Doc ID 2186825.1)

Symptoms

With Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 11.1.1.9.0 (Cumulative Patch 5) <Patch:24558495> applied, the "<Batch Last Modified User>" outputs "<anonymous>" in the text file meta-data field output as well as in the filename. It should output the name of the user in Capture that last accessed the batch.  This occurs using the Text Commit driver.
