Symptoms

HTTP 404 Error Switching From Form To Web View or Previewing Asset

However, when trying to switch from Form mode to Web mode for a Page asset or previewing the asset in a new window, a 404 error is received.

The following is seen in the access.log:
- GET /sites/null HTTP/1.1" 404
