Process Tracking tab fails to show instances in the BPM 11g Workspace (Doc ID 2187717.1)

Symptoms


Process Tracking tab is not showing instances in the  BPM 11g Workspace and the following error is seen in the log:

BPEL-10585

Service error.
Internal Error; Service error occurs in RoleImpl in method populateDetails().
Refer to the log file that is configured for oracle.soa.services.identity for more details on this error and contact Oracle Support Services
