IPM 10g Migration Tool Fails To Migrate TEXT Annotations Properly (Doc ID 2187883.1)

Symptoms

When using the Migration Tool, the Text Annotation is not keeping the proper size after being imported into 11g. The xml file created by the migration tool has the correct color, but the font type and font size are not correct.

It is expected that the font would look the same in 11g.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export an image with a TEXT annotation using a specific font type and size, other than the default.
2. Import the same image and notice the annotation is shifted.
