Weblogic Server JVM is Crashing Frequently (Doc ID 2187901.1)

On : 10.3.6 version, General component

When attempting to add Details from application UI, managed server JVM crashes related to customer's application activities with the following error shown in JVM CORE Dump -


Error Message: Illegal memory access. [54]
Signal info : si_signo=11, si_code=1 si_addr=0xf84f1420
Version : Oracle JRockit(R) R28.3.10-9-170826-1.6.0_115-20160324-1349-linux-x86_64

StackOverFlow: 0 StackOverFlowErrors have occured
OutOfMemory : 0 OutOfMemoryErrors have occured
C Heap : Good; no memory allocations have failed
GC Strategy : Mode: throughput, with strategy: genparpar (basic strategy: genparpar)
GC Status : OC is not running. Last finished OC was OC#34.
