Symptoms
The smart import into Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.1.3 of objects smart exported from ODI 11g fails, and one of the following messages is observed:
ODI-10244: Cannot import Procedure Command Option null (with global id:<GUID> and internal id: <ID> | <ID>) because referenced Procedure Command with global id null does not exist.
or
ODI-17654: Parameter OdiFolder must be not null.
or
ORA-00001: unique constraint (<SCHEMA>.<NAME>_GUID) violated
