Symptoms
Outside In Image Export generating blank images for text based documents on CENTOS 7.
The specific details are that, after a couple of days of deployment on 4 test CENTOS 7 machines, the PNG generation has stopped working. The issue appears to be for text-based documents. For example, Excel files fail but JPEG images will convert to a PNG with no problem. It also does not matter what output format is selected (TIFF, PNG, etc.). It should also be noted that the problem goes away if the OIT libraries are moved to another directory on the machine. If they are moved back to the original location, the problem occurs again. The symptom also persists across machine restarts.
