Symptoms
Installed GlassFish 3.1.2.14 such that the files are all owned by issuser.
When the ISS setup program runs, it places the following files into the GlassFish directory and are owned by root:
isshost:<DIR>/glassfish3$ find . \! -user 5003 -ls
Changes
Ran the ISS setup program.
