Symptoms

Customer is trying to start a Weblogic Managed Server in a FMW weblogic domain. The FMW upper stack of products (SOA, OSB, BI, ODI etc) start a coherence server as in-process to the Weblogic Server. Customer is experiencing the below error while starting the Weblogic Managed Server and the coherence process is failed to form or join to a coherence cluster.
