Enter Start Date/End Date Message Is Getting Displayed Twice In Grant Duration Section

Enter start date/end date message is getting displayed twice in Grant duration selection while submitting request.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to IAM application with valid credentials
2. Navigate to Request Access->Request for others
3. Select a user and add app instance to that user
4. Click on Start date/end date under grant duration
