WCI Password Change Policy Is Displaying a Length Warning At 20 Characters (Doc ID 2190805.1)

Symptoms

In WCI 10.3.3, a user is attempting to change their password on the My Account->Change Password page. The user can type 20 characters, but when they switch to the next field, it shows the message alert:

The hard-coded default is 20 characters and the user expects entering only 20 is accepted by the system. This behavior only happens with FireFox. It is not experienced in Internet Explorer or other browsers.
