"Invalid Latest Token [Name Must Not Be Blank!]" Error Message On Running A Webservice Incremental User Target Reconciliation. (Doc ID 2191074.1)

Symptoms

Latest Token Field is not updated after running a Webservice incremental user Target Reconciliation.


Error in the log:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1) Setup Webservice User Target Reconciliation.
2) There is a value in the Latest Token field (if you clear the value, a full reconciliation runs successfully).
3) Run the incremental recon.
4) Get error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid Latest Token [Name must not be blank!]
