Goal

Sometime you only have remote shell access to WebLogic machines. Checking Weblogic Server installation version from Admin Console (refer to Doc ID 2049797.1) could not help. Again since 12c the installation directory structure changes, the usage of registry.xml / java weblogic.Version is a little bit different against 11g release. This document shares different ways to achieve this.
